Jérôme REBOUL, PhD, is deputy assistant secretary for banking affairs at the French Treasury. He started his carreer in the private sector by doing finacial modellling. Then after completing his PhD, he joined the French Governement shareholder agency. He then held various positions in the field of finacial regulation within the French Treasury.
