Laurent FAYOLLAS
Deputy Head of Infrastructure, Ardian
Laurent has over 35 years of experience in the field of infrastructure and has developed an extensive network with major European strategic industrial and financial infrastructure players.
Laurent joined Ardian in 2005 and co-founded the Infrastructure Group with Mathias Burghardt. He successfully took part in the strong development of the Infrastructure activity which has since then grown to 22bn€ of AUM with more than 60 investments across Europe and Americas. Laurent played a leading role on landmark transactions of the Ardian’s portfolio like Inwit towers, Indigo parking, Luton Airport, Lisea HSL, Kallista renewables, Synerail telecom network, and acts as board member of these companies. Laurent has also been highly involved in all funds raising of the infrastructure activity, and is now board member of Ardian Korea, Ardian Japan and Ardian Singapore.
Laurent is President of Hy24, a JV between Ardian and FiveThydrogen, who recently raised a Clean Hydrogen Infrastructure fund of 2Bn€ to drive the scale-up of the clean hydrogen economy.
Prior to joining Ardian, Laurent worked at CACIB and Crédit Lyonnais in their Infrastructure advisory, structured finance and capital market activities for 15 years.
Laurent graduated from Ecole des Mines (engineering School).
