M. Lionel Epely heads a team strong of 20 structured finance professionals, for VINCI Concessions, one of the world leaders in transportation concessions. His team works on M&A transactions and greenfield projects in support of the ambitious and global growth strategy of VINCI Concessions in the airport, road and railway sectors. Within that context, he keeps a direct oversight of VINCI Concession’s structured finance activities in North America, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Middle-East and in their French domestic market., , Prior to this, Lionel started his career in banking where, during 15 years, he worked on a broad range of senior debt products, including project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, bond issues and securitization, as debt arranger and/or financial advisor, based in New York and Paris successively., , M.
