Head of France, Director, Howden M&A

Lucie is a French-qualified corporate lawyer and now heads the French team of Howden M&A in Paris.

Prior to joining Howden M&A in 2017 in London, Lucie worked as a lawyer at Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats.

At Howden M&A, Lucie assists large PE / RE / infra houses and corporates in finding and negotiating bespoke M&A insurance solutions (W&I and specific risks insurance policies).
