Noro-Lanto Ravisy is a partner at the Africa-focused international law firm, Asafo & Co. and is based in Paris. She has extensive transactional experience across Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe, and has advised on major infrastructure projects, including the acquisition of majority stakes in African projects and structuring the key documents involved under PPP-type arrangements. She has been increasingly involved in the telecommunications and digital sectors, including advising CSquared in its joint venture with the government of Togo in relation to the landing of Equiano, the Google submarine cable, in Togo in March 2022.
