Olivier GINEPRO

Project Director, Fin Infra, French Treasury

Olivier Ginepro has served as Project Director at Fin Infra, the Advisory Agency for Infrastructure Financing within the French Treasury, since 2023. In this role, he plays a key part in representing France in several working groups within international organizations focused on infrastructure, such as the UNECE PPP Working Party, the European PPP Expertise Centre (European Investment Bank), the OECD Senior Officials Network on Infrastructure and the G20 Infrastructure Working Group (IWG).

Prior to this, Olivier was the Economic Counsellor at the French Embassy in the Philippines (2019-2023) and in Japan (2015-2019). Within the French Treasury, he held various roles, including Chief Information Officer (CIO). His expertise is further enriched by previous positions in the Economic Departments of French Embassies in Lebanon, Greece, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Belgium.

Olivier Ginepro holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the EFREI Group (Paris Dauphine University) and is an alumnus of the Directorate of Weapon Systems and Naval Construction. His extensive career in both diplomatic and technical roles has equipped him with a unique blend of expertise in economic diplomacy, infrastructure financing, and technological innovation.
