Samuel advises international investors, energy majors and construction and concession companies on development, financing and M&A of leading energy and infrastructure projects. He has built up a well-rounded practice over the past 14 years, covering most asset classes and products in the energy and infrastructure space.
Of late, Samuel has increasingly focussed on major decarbonation projects in France and abroad, including on the limited-recourse financing of EV battery gigafactories and on the development of green hydrogen as well as carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) projects.
