Vivian NICOLI

Managing Director, Infrastructure, Europe, CDPQ Paris

Vivian Nicoli has been Vice President, Infrastructure for Europe since September 2020. She leads CDPQ's office in Paris and is tasked with supporting the development and implementation of the infrastructure investment strategy in the region. She oversees a team of consultants responsible for identifying promising opportunities for CDPQ. The portfolio under her management includes diverse assets in areas such as airports, rail and public transportation, gas distribution, and renewable energies, including Eurostar and Heathrow Airport. 

Ms. Nicoli has accumulated over 25 years of international experience in infrastructure. Prior to joining CDPQ, she spent ten years as a founding partner at EISER Infrastructure Partners, a global infrastructure asset manager. There, she led the team responsible for origination, execution, and management of investments. Before that, she worked for eight years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as a Senior Banker in the Municipal and Environmental Infrastructure team. She also served as General Counsel for Egis (formerly Transroute International). 

Ms. Nicoli holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She has served on the boards of directors of companies such as HerAmbiente, Cory Environmental, Fondul Proprietatea, Sofiyska Voda, and AS Tallinna Vesi.
